    • Life membership nomination ( Frank Colwell- A leading former player and club president)

    • Perpetuating Arthur Martin’s name (OCHC founder)

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .Office-bearers are elected at the AGM and hold office until the next AGM. Current office-bearers are eligible for re-election.

Key positions for election are:

President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Men’s coordinator,, women’s coordinator, junior girls coordinator, junior boys coordinator, minkey coordinator, social coordinator, uniforms officer, equipment officer, communications officer, website manager

NB: note-the committee can and does co-opt and welcome other officers, e.g. for indoor, fund-raising, sponsorship, trophies.

"Checks Chatter" newsletters are available to OCHC members online when they logon for full access to this website or through your team managers during the season.

The Men's and Women's competition began on the 26 and 27 March and the Junior and Minkey players' season in the first weekend of the second school term, 6/7/8 May.

Checks teams in the 2011 Winter Competition

  • Checks Men have a team in each Capital League Grade from 1 to 6 inclusive and one team in the Mid Week competition;
  • Checks Women are represented in each Women’s Grade from 1 to 6 inclusive;
  • Checks Girls have one team each in U18(1); U18(2), U15(1); U15(2); U13(1); U13(2); U11 (1) U11(2) (joint ANU/UNIC/Checks team);
  • Checks Boys are represented by an U18(1) team and in a joint U15(1) team with Wests;
  • Checks also field Minkey teams (U7 and U9 boys and girls) at Deakin Minkey Centre, Makin Place, off Denison Street, Deakin.
